These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games and related services (the "Service") provided by ROGUE UNION GAMES ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,

please do not use the Service.

2. License and Restrictions

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Service.

  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages in gameplay.
     

3. User Accounts and Data

  1. Guest Accounts: If you use the Service without linking it to a third-party account (e.g., Google Play, Apple ID, or Firebase), your game data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or changing your device may result in permanent loss of progress. The Company is not responsible for data loss in such cases.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
     

4. Virtual Goods and Purchases

  1. The Service may include virtual currency or items ("Virtual Goods"). These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. All purchases are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). All sales are final, and refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective store providers.
     

5. Third-Party Services and Ads

The Service may display advertisements or utilize third-party services (e.g., Firebase for cloud storage, Meta for advertising). Your interaction with these third parties is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
 

6. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROGUE UNION GAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
